Registration and gates open 13:00, please be prompt so you have time to gear up!

Please Park sensibly in the school car park and wait by the Gate into the playground. Watch out for other players. Access off Elmhurst Lane, not Somerton Road (for fire engines only)

Battle Royale’s will include several individual and team-based games, designed for all ability levels, suitable for children and adults. Enjoy some off-screen pew pew battle madness. We will likely play capture the flag, team deathmatch, lockdown, HVZ, the list goes on and we are always looking for new games…..
 

For safety reasons, we cannot accept any players who are less than six years old, and anyone under the age of eighteen will need to be accompanied by a playing/engaged adult. We actively want mums, dads and carers to get involved for a memorable family experience! We are happy for one adult to supervise up to three minors, all on the same team for the shared experience. 

I appreciate not all carers want to run around all afternoon, but I need you engaged on the side-lines, at least until your children are settled into playing fair. Then you can sit down and have a cheeky scroll maybe.

Games are around ten minutes long with a good break to re load or to spectate the next game. Please bring water to re hydrate and battle snacks if you need them, there are no food facilities on site.

• Bring along your favourite Nerf/x-shot/equivalent blasters from home – we can’t wait to see your loadout! However, if you have painted your blaster to look like anything more realistic, please leave them at home. We are playing tag with toys, there’s an obvious reason blasters are oversized neon plastic…..
• Foam Flingerz will provide standard pro darts for everyone, so please leave your own ammo at home. There are some blasters that use different ammo, such as (the new) Nerf N series, Nerf Rival, Nerf Mega, half darts and a few other obscure varieties which will not be available. Please check before you are disappointed on the day. Xshot are now the best brand for toy level softdart( IMO)
• We have 5,000 new darts ready to be played with, so stop and think about how you are going to carry ammo on the battlefield. You will want something, so a few ideas are, a belt and pouches, combat shorts/trousers with big pockets, or bum bags. Whatever you find please make sure it is safe for you and the rest of us.
• Power modded blasters are not welcome this time, but if you want to play at a higher level, Foam Flingerz is working towards providing this in the future, so let us know you would be interested. Chronograph limit is 80fps for toy level blasters. 
• You are welcome to take photos and videos of the day’s action, but please be thoughtful and kind when sharing images with others. Foam Flingerz reserves the right to use images to promote future events.
• Above all else, it is VITAL that you remember to clearly label all your own Nerf /x-shot blasters and attachments with your name to ensure that your property goes home with you at the end of the event. 
• We have seen some amazing examples of Nerf-inspired equipment in the past, and this makes us even more passionate about our visitors keeping hold of them! The standing rule is nobody is aloud to touch anybody else’s toys without permission.
• Please read all the terms and conditions carefully, and to avoid disappointment we strongly advise all players to contact us in advance to check that their equipment will be allowed on the day if you are in anyway unsure.

Event registration will be on entry, don’t be late. Please have your confirmation email either printed out or downloaded to your phone in advance. You will be given a laundered team colour snood to wear upon arrival. Families play together on teams.

Please ensure ALL your gear and property is marked with your name/initials. Lots of us will be using the same neon orange equipment. Especially Mags, clips and sights if you use them!

Protective eyewear must be worn by all players. We will provide, but you are welcome to use your own if they are comfortable. If you wear glasses, please consider how you protect the sides where a dart might slip through.

This event will be video recorded, and pictures taken – by purchasing this ticket you have agreed to this.

EVERYONE helps pick up darts when we have a dart sweep!

We will all treat the venue with respect, it is very nice of Elmhurst to let us use their space.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.

Any tickets resold will be cancelled and no refund given. Contact us if life goes wrong.

Unauthorised duplication of tickets may prevent admittance.

Foam Flingerz or Any person associated with the event accept no liability for your personal property.

I will confirm payment and do my best to communicate quickly, but please remember this is my part time job so it may take 24hrs. Disclaimer will be attached for reference, these will also be available to fill in upon arrival on the day.

Finally, this is a very new type of event in the area, spreading the word is going to be very challenging, so please do tell your friends and family.
